No accounts, no user data collection
ncoffendermap.com does not require registration or a login, and does not knowingly collect names, email addresses, or other personal information from visitors. The registry data displayed on this site is public government data about registered offenders (see About & Data Sources) — it is not information we collect about you, the visitor.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as which pages are viewed and roughly how visitors reach the site. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect information such as your browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages visited. This data is used only in aggregate to understand site usage; we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
